Smartoyz & Stuffed offers the following Returns Policy:
We want you to be happy with any purchase you make from us. If for some reason there is a problem with your purchase, we will be happy to refund your purchase price or send you a replacement product. All returns must be made within 21 days of the original purchase. Simply follow these steps:
1. Return the product to us with a copy of the original packing slip. Indicate on the packing slip the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement product. If you want a replacement and the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
2. Return the product to 4757 SW 172nd Avenue, Aloha, OR 97007. We will pay return postage if the product is defective or if you received the wrong product.
3. We will notify you by email when we have received your return and either refunded your purchase price or shipped your replacement.
